When you contact us through this website (the "Site") — by submitting a service request form, calling, or emailing — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the services you are requesting.
We may also collect information in the course of providing our services, including before-and-after photographs of job sites (which may incidentally include people, vehicles, or buildings) and information provided to us by property owners, managers, tenants, or service partners.

Information may also be collected by embedded maps, videos, chat tools, scheduling systems, or analytics providers used on the Site.

Comply with any procedures, laws, and regulations which apply to us or our processing. For example, we comply with subpoenas and other court orders to process data where we have determined there is a legal requirement for us to do so. We may provide information to government authorities or agencies as required by applicable law and in relation to their investigations.

Client representatives cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with Ortiz Property Solutions.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event we become aware that the security of any Site has been compromised or your Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
