OPS was founded by Tony Ortiz, who has spent over thirteen years in commercial property services across Colorado.
He built his career at one of the state's largest commercial property services firms, eventually leading their snow operations division. Along the way he learned what makes property managers trust a contractor — and what makes them leave.
He kept seeing the same gap: services like day porter, power washing, junk hauling, and graffiti removal get buried inside bigger contracts and never get the attention they need. So he and his wife acquired a longtime subcontracting operation and rebuilt it as OPS — big-company rigor, small-company accountability.
Tony continues to lead operations at one of Colorado's largest commercial property services firms, where OPS operates as a focused, independent venture with the full support of that ownership group.
